The event requires a self-contained power solution, such as a generator, capable of supporting all audio, lighting, and DJ equipment. The audio setup must include a professional-grade sound system for clear and powerful audio covering an outdoor space of approximately 100' x 100', with adequate subwoofers for a concert-like sound experience. The vendor should supply a mixing console appropriate for DJ use, at least four wireless microphones for MC or announcements, and ensure a qualified audio engineer or technician is present onsite throughout the event for technical support.
