(1) Vendor needs to provide construction and event setup services.– Construction Contractors to support site preparation, venue construction, event setup, on–call support.– Remove all general Fair items and equipment from storage. Stage, organize, and repair as needed, i.e., tables, chairs, picnic tables, flags, banners, umbrellas, parking signs, and metal posts, etc.– Assist Fairgrounds staff with Exhibit Hall setup.– Move displays from the bully barns and storage spaces into the building, including: the quilt racks, wood blocks, LEGO cages, and all shelving, etc.– Hang lights, arrange displays according to the floor plan.– Set up tables, chairs, and fans, etc.– Make repairs to any displays or other items as needed.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
