(1) Vendor needs to provide event rigging services. – Providing safe rigging of all temporary overhead items including but not limited to lighting trusses, sound systems, video, banners/signage, cameras, special effects, performers, and overhead exhibit booth items, – Rigging services at all events requiring rigging; – Rigging point load plan creation and review for all suspended structures, materials, equipment and personnel; – Reviewing and approval of all rigging plans and potentially some ground–supported production structures; – Working collaboratively with the venue and partners to help clients fully realize the potential of rigging throughout Place for the creation of memorable event experiences, including those outside of traditional and fixed rigging points; (2) An optional site visit will be held on February 20,2026. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 2, 2026. (4) A contract term will be for two years.
