Additionally, the scope includes securing necessary event-related permits and licenses, fulfilling contractual obligations, and handling logistical plans.

Vendors may also be required to source, train, and manage volunteers, arrange accommodations and transportation for contractors, speakers, and presenters, manage logistics, coordinate vendors, supervise event setup and teardown, and quickly address any unforeseen challenges during events.
