The Town of Texas is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive event production services for its annual and special events. The selected vendor will be responsible for all aspects of event production, including planning and coordination, vendor and equipment sourcing, and management of event logistics.

Services will encompass staging, sound, lighting, and power coordination, as well as setup and teardown of event infrastructure. The vendor will also provide on-site event management and technical support, working closely with Town staff, contractors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.

The contract is set for a one-year period. Vendors interested in this opportunity should have experience in end-to-end event production and the ability to manage various components of large-scale community events.
