An agency in New York is seeking an experienced and versatile event production company to handle comprehensive event production and management services. The selected vendor will be responsible for evaluating potential event spaces, assessing them for safety, cost, capacity, and suitability for temporary infrastructure, while leveraging existing agency knowledge.

Key duties include managing vendor contracts, permitting, on-site coordination, and oversight of all operational aspects as directed by the agency. The vendor will lead event planning meetings, provide regular progress updates, and, for park events, coordinate with clients or park tenants to prepare required documentation for agency review. Additional responsibilities encompass event rentals, operational and logistical support, ticketing, concessions and food service management, crowd management and security, as well as organizing the necessary event management staff and overseeing media and production requirements.

This contract will be awarded for a one-year period. Interested vendors must ensure timely coordination with both the agency and clients to meet all event objectives and compliance requirements.
