(1) Vendor needs to provide event production services.– An experienced and flexible event production company to support expected production and infrastructure needs.– Utilizing existing agency knowledge, review possible event spaces, evaluating based on safety, cost, capacity and potential for temporary infrastructure.– Handle contracting, advancement, permitting and on–site management of vendors as directed by the agency.– Manage client and agency contracts, permits and more, as directed by the agency, and coordinate, schedule, manage and lead event planning calls and regular progress reports.– For park events, or in the case of clients or park tenants work with the client to have them produce, documents required by the agency and provide feedback and edits, as needed, prior to submission to the agency.– Event rentals, execution and operational support.– Operational support and services– Ticketing services– Concessions food and beverage management services– Crowd management and security services– Event management staff– Media and production management. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 20, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 24, 2026.
