A professional event production company is sought to provide full-service management of a trade show booth in Washington, DC. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing, building, equipping, staffing, and overseeing the booth space for the duration of the event.
Scope of services includes booth design and infrastructure, installation of all necessary utilities, provision of kitchen equipment, promotional materials, audiovisual support, photography and videography coverage, onsite staffing and security, as well as daily operational support.
