The selected contractor will deliver dedicated, on-call event services to assist the trust with evolving planning needs, sourcing quality and cost-effective rentals, and scaling services according to event requirements. Expertise in event procurement, logistics, and oversight is required to ensure seamless and safe event execution from initial planning stages through post-event park restoration.

Responsibilities may range from limited support for smaller events to full production and management of large-scale or park-wide celebrations. The contractor must demonstrate nimbleness and responsiveness to changing needs during event planning and production. Key duties include supplementing park staff to safely accommodate large crowds, developing site plans in collaboration with trust staff, and overseeing client and trust contracts, permits, and event logistics as directed.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating and leading event planning meetings, submitting regular progress reports, and managing media, production, and permitting processes.
