A California city is seeking a qualified vendor to provide event production management services for four to six large-scale special events each year. The selected vendor will offer non-exclusive management for a variety of unique events, such as concerts, festivals, and cultural occasions, handling all aspects of planning, coordination, and execution.

Responsibilities include collaborating closely with the Community Services Department and other city personnel on event logistics, media coordination, permitting, and ensuring compliance with municipal policies. The vendor will be expected to attend planning meetings and debrief sessions with city staff, provide booking and scheduling services, and manage all operational aspects required for successful event execution.

Additional duties encompass sales, marketing, promotion, and facilitating revenue-sharing opportunities as directed. The contract will be awarded for a one-year period.
