(1) Vendor needs to provide event production management services.– Provide non–exclusive special event management and production services at the City’s request for four to six (4–6) unique large–scale special events per year– Responsible for the management and operations of large–scale special events– Coordinate and work collaboratively with the City’s Community Services Department– Coordinate with other city staff as appropriate for planning, media, permitting and event execution in compliance with City policies.– Attend event planning meetings and debriefs to obtain guidance and updates from City staff.– Booking, scheduling, and all other required services to execute concerts, festivals, and cultural occasions– Event Management– Sales, Marketing, Promotion, and Revenue Share(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 5, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
