DESCRIPTION

The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to perform event planning services for the Red Line Extension Project (RLE) outreach meetings and events. The consultant will be responsible for event management and coordination for public and private meetings, including large public outreach meetings, stakeholder meetings, and emergency stakeholder meetings. The contract term is five years. The consultant must maintain an office within a 50-mile radius of the CTA's central offices and have a minimum of 5 years of experience providing event planning services of a magnitude similar to the requirements of this scope of services, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Chicago metropolitan area.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
