Vendor needs to provide event organizer services to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of a high–quality live event under the Social Protection Programme, ensuring efficient logistics, smooth implementation and a positive participant experience. 1. Event planning and coordination:– Develop a comprehensive event implementation plan, including timelines, roles, and responsibilities.– Support the design of the event format, agenda, and session flow in line with programme objectives. 2. Logistics and operations:– Provide real–time technical support before and during the event, including troubleshooting.– Arrange livestreaming (ILO TV/Youtube), recording, audio–visual equipment, connectivity requirements, interpretation services, photographer, and technical setup. 3. Communications and visibility:– Coordinate signage, branding, and visibility materials in line with communication guidelines. 4. On–site event management:– Address logistical and operational issues in real time.– Manage service providers, vendors, and technical teams.
