A professional event organizer is sought to manage a two-day food and agricultural festival at a mall in Indonesia. This event will highlight local food and agricultural products, promote cultural and culinary exchange, and strengthen regional relations. The selected event organizer will be responsible for complete event planning, creative design, production, staffing, and operational management.

Key responsibilities include developing event concepts, detailed layouts, and program flow, as well as coordinating security and venue logistics. The organizer will construct the stage (minimum 10 meters by 8 meters) with a modern audio-visual system, multiple microphones and speakers, and a large high-resolution screen as wide as the stage itself. Additional tasks include constructing branded booths, creating a photobooth that can be dismantled and reused, and handling branding, signage, and technical support.

The event will feature a formal opening with a ribbon cutting and a cultural performance. The organizer must arrange for professional emcees, videographers, photographers, and two professional or celebrity chefs to conduct on-camera cooking demonstrations. Full event staffing, talent and VIP management, and coordination of a pre-event media briefing in conjunction with the embassy are also required. Setup will commence after mall closing on Friday evening to ensure all arrangements are ready by 10am Saturday, January 31, with the event running until 10pm that day and from 6am to 10pm on Sunday.
