A British Columbia airport is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive event marketing, branding, management, and planning services for airport-hosted events under a four-year contract.

The selected provider will be responsible for full-scale event coordination, from initial concept development through post-event debrief and reconciliation. This includes on-site execution, program management, run-of-show planning, stage and talent management, crowd flow and contingency planning in line with airport protocols, and ensuring accessibility, inclusivity, and sustainability throughout.

The scope of work also covers venue and vendor sourcing and management—both on and off airport premises—including catering, audio-visual support, décor, rentals, transportation, and entertainment, as well as coordinating space bookings and securing the necessary permits. The selected vendor will manage event budgeting, logistics, and cost controls, supporting efficient and value-driven execution.

Additional responsibilities include event marketing support and social media management in partnership with airport communications, developing content and engagement strategies, overseeing registration and accreditation processes, and handling personal and confidential information in compliance with privacy requirements.
