(1) Vendor needs to provide event management services and registration services.– Provide event management and support services for the successful hosting of state events – Provide event planning, logistic, and scheduling support services, event execution, and post–event services for the annual agency events.– Provide an appropriate level of trained and experienced staff and all necessary contract services to accommodate anticipated participation ranging from 1,500 to 2,500 people (such as exhibitors and general event attendees) and 275–300 exhibitors per event.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 5, 2026.
