The selected vendor will provide comprehensive event management services to support global marketing, business events, and trade initiatives. These services are integral to the advancement of strategic objectives, including participation in global trade shows, signature events, and targeted business activations that promote long-term economic and social value.
Responsibilities may involve end-to-end event management—from proposal development to execution—or be limited to particular event components such as program coordination, logistics, décor, theming, registration support, or onsite delivery. Scope also includes creative and experiential contributions, logistical planning, supplier sourcing and management, registration and guest management, and collaboration with agency-appointed marketing, media, and public relations agencies for integrated, brand-aligned activations and post-event reporting.
Events may range from highly controlled meetings to large-scale, multi-day, public-facing programs, including sponsorship activations, branded experiences in partnership with global networks or collaborators, and B2B marketplaces. Media and publisher activations are also part of this scope, covering hosted experiences, launches, site visits, and content-driven events that align with global influence strategies. The contract period is three years.
