A vendor is sought to provide event management services in support of law enforcement training and coordination efforts targeting drug trafficking in China. Trafficking networks have become increasingly sophisticated, taking advantage of land borders, high-volume road transportation, and legitimate logistics channels to move illicit drugs across countries. Truck-based smuggling and concealment within regular trade flows present ongoing challenges to law enforcement agencies responsible for interdiction efforts.

The selected vendor will be responsible for organizing and managing events focused on enhancing operational effectiveness among frontline law enforcement. These events will emphasize hands-on learning, peer-to-peer exchange, and direct observation of interdiction practices, which are recognized as effective approaches for immediate operational improvement. Strategic coordination and informed policy dialogue will also be supported through these initiatives.
