The desired solution must offer comprehensive event management and registration services with built-in evaluation and survey capabilities, abstract and presentation management, as well as tools for managing exhibitors and sponsors.

The platform must be fully compatible with computers running Windows and MacOS, and it must be hosted entirely within servers located in the continental United States. Accessibility is a crucial requirement, and both web- and non-web-based components must conform to applicable accessibility guidelines; evidence of compliance, including testing results and documentation, is required. The system should offer flexible account administration, accommodating different levels of access, along with implementation training and ongoing support.
