The selected vendor will provide comprehensive event management and creative services, including content development, editorial services, and graphic web design tailored to program-specific websites. All web design must utilize Drupal as the platform. Responsibilities also encompass email marketing and the use of various standard digital media such as video, social media, intranet content, GIFs, 3D animation, mobile application development, and the design of interactive games for web and mobile platforms.

In addition, the vendor will deliver multimedia and graphic web design, audio, video, and photography services, and will support branding and marketing strategies aligned with departmental initiatives and campaigns. The scope includes developing communications plans and strategies, producing a wide array of print and digital communications materials, and implementing creative service plans. Vendors are also required to organize events such as conferences, workshops, seminars, trade shows, focus groups, and similar activities. Preparation of event materials is required, and the contract period will span three years.
