(1) Vendor needs to provide event logistics services.– Provide comprehensive event production services for a series of large–scale public events. Services include project management, planning, logistics, coordination of suppliers and vendors, on–site event operations, and post event support.– Management of the event planning committee and coordination with city staff.– Development of event site plans.– Development of event safety plans, operational communications plans, and emergency procedures in collaboration with city staff.– Power, lighting, AV, and technical coordination.– Manage entertainment–related payments and deliverables.– Ensure all performers and emcees are approved by the City prior to contracting.– Manage performer logistics, technical needs, and hospitality requirements.– Serve as the primary contact for all vendors from planning through event Completion.– Preparation of a detailed production schedule and master script.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 6, 2026.
