A vendor is sought to deliver comprehensive event logistics and production services for a series of large-scale public events in British Columbia. The selected provider will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including event planning, logistics coordination, and supplier/vendor management. Additional responsibilities include overseeing on-site event operations and providing post-event support to ensure successful project delivery.

Key tasks involve managing the event planning committee, coordinating closely with city staff, developing detailed site and safety plans, and establishing operational communications and emergency procedures. The vendor will be expected to handle power, lighting, AV, and technical requirements, as well as manage all entertainment-related payments and deliverables. All performers and emcees must receive city approval prior to contracting, and the selected vendor will manage performer logistics, technical needs, and hospitality. Serving as the main point of contact for all vendors throughout the planning and execution stages, the provider will also prepare a comprehensive production schedule and master event script.
