(1) Vendor needs to provide event live music performance service to the government authority located in South Ozone Park, NY. – Provide live music performances and entertainment during the term of the contract. – The Contractor will be responsible for contracting directly with each performance artist and entertainment act booked, Agency shall have a final approval of all acts booked. – Strolling Musicians: One group performing Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays; Two groups performing Fridays and Saturdays from 1:00PM–5:00PM / 2:00PM–6:00PM, respectively (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 6, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
