Vendor needs to provide event, entertainment services and equipment supply– The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit qualified vendors who can provide a broad range of event services and equipment to support student programming and campus engagement activities.– These services aim to enhance the overall student experience through dynamic, safe, and enjoyable campus events. Services include: Entertainment (Arcade and Sports Bar, Arts and Crafts Activities, Carnival and Midway, Casino, Concessions, DJ/Sound System/Lighting, Entertainers, Event Accessories, Giant Games and Yard Games, Golf/Putt). Vendor responsibilities include staffing and supervision of activity stations, rides, and entertainment; timely delivery, setup, and teardown of all rented equipment and services; compliance with all campus safety, insurance, and licensing requirements; and on–site coordination and troubleshooting support during events. The contract period will be for one year.
