A Georgia campus is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive event and entertainment services, along with equipment supply, to support student programming and campus engagement activities. The goal is to deliver dynamic, safe, and enjoyable events that enhance the overall student experience.

The selected vendor will be expected to offer a broad array of entertainment options such as arcade and sports bar setups, arts and crafts activities, carnival and midway attractions, casino games, concessions, DJ and sound system services with lighting, various entertainers, event accessories, giant and yard games, as well as golf and putting activities. Responsibilities will include staffing and supervising all activity stations, rides, and entertainment attractions; ensuring timely delivery, setup, and teardown of equipment; adherence to campus safety, insurance, and licensing standards; and providing on-site coordination and support throughout each event.

The agreement will be established for a one-year term.
