(1) Vendor needs to provide event consultant services.– Consultant will partner with City teammates in community and vendor management, onsite event coordination, and other duties– Plan and host community engagement opportunities to collect feedback– Provide guidance for vendor, performer, and nonprofit partner selection– Market and promote events– Recruit and manage event volunteers– Create and manage event budgets, execute contracts, purchase supplies, and pay vendors and performers.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 15, 2025.
