The Delaware National Guard is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive support services for an upcoming event conference. The scope of services includes the provision of meeting spaces and breakout rooms, all equipped with clear directional signage to assist attendees. Venues must maintain an indoor environment that meets or exceeds standard conference expectations for lighting, thermal comfort, and acoustics.

The vendor will also be responsible for setting up a pre-function area to facilitate registration and reception for Soldiers and guests. Audiovisual support is required, including television services and the ability to play digital video discs (DVDs). In addition, the vendor must provide meal and beverage services suitable for a diverse audience, with considerations for nutritional quality and accommodation of special dietary needs for adults, teenagers, and children.
