(1) Vendor needs to provide evaluation software. – Tender evaluation system (TES) that meets requirements, with minimal modification, along with the delivery of associated staff training, technical support, evaluation planning and support services. – The winning solution will provide a secure, efficient and robust environment for the evaluation of tenders for procurements, and will enable to evaluate tenders in an organised, structured and digital environment. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 15, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for eleven years.
