This RFP seeks vendors to evaluate AI–enabled decision support tools designed for frontline community and primary health care workers operating in low– and middle–income countries. The purpose is to determine how these tools can help health workers follow best practices and improve their clinical decision-making.

Vendors will assess the real–world deployment and systems integration of these tools, including evidence of interoperability with existing digital health platforms, health information systems, or commodity supply chains. The evaluation will also cover capacity-building, training, and change–management needs for both frontline workers and implementing institutions.

Furthermore, bidders should address the usability, acceptability, trust, and operational feasibility of these AI tools in routine care settings. The contract period will last one year, with a submission deadline for questions on March 6, 2026.

Best-fit vendors:

• Proven experience evaluating AI-enabled healthcare solutions

• Expertise in health systems integration and digital health platforms

• Familiarity with capacity-building and change-management for clinical staff

• Background working in low- and middle-income countries

• Ability to conduct real-world usability and operational feasibility studies
