(1) Vendor needs to provide evacuation management and mapping software. – Agency is seeking a firm/respondent to implement a comprehensive commercial off the shelf (COTS) evacuation mapping software platform for use by the agency. – The agency desires to obtain a commercial off the shelf (COTS) evacuation management and mapping software solution to serve as a platform for centralized coordination and communication between agency, cooperating responding agencies, and the public during emergencies that require evacuations that is designed to improve situational awareness, reduce response times, and enhance public safety outcomes. • Key Features: – User friendly GIS mapping and real–time data feeds related to current weather, traffic, road maps, topography, etc. – Real–time collaboration and coordination among emergency responders – Automated alerting and real–time communication with the public – Mobile and desktop access for field and command users – Scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant state and federal emergency management standards – Integrate zones into a shared public safety application accessible to all public safety agencies in the operational area and surrounding counties – Allows for a high volume of public users at one time (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 15, 2025.
