The United States Air Force intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Esteco North America, Inc. for Esteco and Volta Tokens software subscription. The anticipated period of performance is 365 days after receipt of order. This procurement is being pursued under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), as only one source is considered reasonably available.

Interested parties may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations outlining their ability to supply the required Esteco and Volta Tokens software subscription and meet the specified characteristics. The Air Force will review submissions received within five days of the notice and consider them in determining whether to proceed with a competitive procurement process or a potential small business set-aside. Submissions should include relevant company information such as points of contact, business classification, socioeconomic status, and applicable codes (CAGE or UEI), as well as evidence that the offered product meets the stated requirements.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotations, and the Air Force reserves the right to determine the procurement process based on the information received. All submitted information should be unclassified.
