A Missouri agency is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver ESRI enterprise migration and support services. The scope of work includes upgrading the current ArcGIS Enterprise environment from version 10.8.1 to 11.5, with a focus on data integrity, security, and minimizing downtime. The vendor will be responsible for assessing existing dependencies, developing a comprehensive migration plan, executing the upgrade, and validating successful system performance post-migration.

The project also requires the installation and configuration of Portal for ArcGIS within the agency’s enterprise environment. This will involve integrating the portal with existing GIS services, databases, and authentication systems, as well as establishing user roles, permissions, and sharing protocols for web maps and applications. Documentation and basic training for system administrators are expected deliverables.

Additionally, the vendor will assist in transitioning users from ArcMap to ArcGIS Pro, including the migration of map documents and related resources. Guidance on best practices for workflows and project organization in ArcGIS Pro, along with user support and troubleshooting, is required. The contract period will be for one year.
