(1) Vendor needs to provide ESRI enterprise migration and support service. • Database Upgrade– Assess the current ArcGIS Enterprise environment and dependencies.– Develop and execute a migration plan from version 10.8.1 to 11.5.– Ensure data integrity, security, and minimal downtime during the upgrade.– Validate successful completion and system performance post–upgrade • Portal for ArcGIS Setup– Install and configure Portal for ArcGIS as part of the agency’s existing Enterprise environment.– Integrate Portal with existing GIS services, databases, and user authentication systems.– Establish user roles, permissions, and sharing protocols for web maps and applications.– Provide documentation and basic training for system administrators. • Transition from ArcMap to ArcGIS Pro– Assist in planning and executing the transition of users from ArcMap to ArcGIS Pro.– Migrate existing map documents (MXD files) and related resources as needed.– Provide guidance on best practices for workflows and project organization in ArcGIS Pro.– Offer user support and troubleshooting during the transition period. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
