The government of Yukon, Canada is seeking a qualified vendor to provide eServices digital service development and support utilizing the Drupal content management system. The primary platform is Drupal-based, with the web application infrastructure built on Ubuntu Linux, Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, and PHP. Additional components include Nginx for routing and load balancing, as well as a cloud-hosted web application firewall service to ensure robust security.

In addition to Drupal, the scope of work may extend to supporting a small number of other applications, primarily developed in Laravel (PHP). Source code management, issue tracking, and deployment are handled using both public GitHub and a Yukon Government-hosted GitLab instance.

The scope also includes supporting a digital citizen engagement tool for various departmental online engagements and maintaining an open government catalogue platform that enables the publication of data and information to promote transparency and generate social and economic value. The contract period is set for one year.
