(1) Vendor needs to provide eServices digital service development and support service using drupal CMS.– eService platform is drupal–based.– Web application stack is based on Ubuntu Linux, Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, and PHP.– Use Nginx for routing, and load balancing, with a third–party cloud–hosted web application firewall service for security.– In addition to drupal, we also manage a small number of other applications which tend to be Laravel (PHP).– We use both public GitHub and a YG–hosted GitLab for source code management, issue tracing, and deployment.– A digital citizen engagement tool for departments to run engagements online.– An open government catalogue for the to publish data and information to promote transparency and facilitate social and economic value.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
