Vendor needs to provide ERP system consulting services. – Evaluate and understand information gathered to date by the agency related to current finance functions, pain points, market scans, and compare to best practices.– Understand the agency’s current state, from a finance, technology, and organizational perspective.– Understand and identify future needs within the Finance division.– Complete a gap analysis, including additional interviews and updates to current state documentation.– Develop and document objective criteria to assess the best solution for the Library to implement based on outputs from A3.1 and industry best practices.– Develop process to evaluate in–market solutions, which may include organizing demonstration of the solutions.
