(1) Vendor needs to provide ERP maintenance and support services.– Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the following components:– ERP Core Modules– Financial Management– Procurement– Accounting– Integrations– Accounts Payable– Accounts Receivable– Reports to Report– Sales to Cash– Budget to Control.– Reporting and Analytics Tools – Including Unit4 reporting capabilities.– System Updates and Patches – Regular releases to maintain performance and security.– System integrates with various internal and external data sources and is actively being enhanced with new functionalities.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
