(1) Vendor needs to provide ERP implementation project and change management service. Provides analytical, advisory, and documentation support for developing contract-related and program-planning documents needed for State Connect. Reassessing existing contracts to identify opportunities for improvement, clarification, or restructuring. Developing draft Requests for Information (RFIs) and gathering stakeholder input to support future contracting strategies. Facilitating collaboration with stakeholders to identify service gaps, workflow obstacles, and unmet needs. Identifying potential new service opportunities, conducting feasibility assessments, and recommending methods for acquiring such services. Conducting market, cost, and regulatory analyses to assess options for providing new or enhanced services or equipment through existing or new contracts, MOUs, or grants. Providing project management advisory support related to transitions, service integration, program infrastructure planning, procurement activities, financial workflows, and equipment distribution processes. Identifying and incorporating potential future products and services into the roadmap, including considerations related to delivery methods. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 6, 2026.
