An organization in Ontario, Canada is seeking ERP consultant services to guide the development of a comprehensive project scope, define system specifications, plan for implementation, and support both the procurement and deployment of a new ERP system.
Current operations for core HR, workforce data, health and safety, as well as financial systems and planning applications, utilize a mix of manual and disconnected processes, resulting in inefficiencies and data inconsistencies. The new ERP solution aims to integrate modules for financial management, human resources, building permits, economic development, citizen portal access, GIS (ArcGIS) integration, asset management, and inventory. The solution must also support interfaces and application programming interface (API) functionality for smooth integration with other software systems and allow for ongoing ERP system management and maintenance.
