The City of Roseville, California is seeking a vendor to provide environmental utilities asset management services for its Water and Wastewater divisions. The engagement will be conducted in two phases. Phase One involves performing a comprehensive baseline assessment of the Environmental Utilities (EU) Asset Management Program (AMP), followed by the development of an implementation roadmap. This roadmap will prioritize projects and initiatives to address program needs identified during the baseline assessment.
In Phase Two, the selected consultant will support implementation of the roadmap, including conducting gap analysis of the EU AMP. Specific focus areas include improving data management, integrating data from various systems such as the CMMS, predictive maintenance programs, condition monitoring, and CIP model, and addressing data silos to facilitate efficient, data-driven decision making. Additional elements examined are lifecycle management, contractor costs, and asset lifecycle costs. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 18, 2026. The contract will span one year, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for February 22, 2026.
