DESCRIPTION
The vendor will provide application programming, support, maintenance, reporting, and related consulting services for an Environmental Services Section data collection and reporting application. The work will utilize and enhance the existing ESS Application throughout a three-year contract period.
Services will include ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, defect and error resolution, routine maintenance, report development and maintenance, and system improvements. The vendor will design, develop, test, and implement new functionality; modify workflows and user interfaces; improve usability and operational efficiency; deliver quality-of-life enhancements; and adapt existing functionality to changing operational or regulatory requirements.
The vendor must maintain personnel with expertise in Microsoft ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL Server technologies. All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
