A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and Environmental Program and Data Management (EPDM) support in Oklahoma. The EMS/EPDM framework is designed to drive continual improvement by defining clear environmental roles, responsibilities, planning, budgeting, effective operation, and management review processes.

Key responsibilities include support in planning, implementation, operation, oversight, quality checking, studies, analyses, evaluations, and specialized training. Additional tasks include the creation of training materials, support for data collection and analysis, development of presentation tools, and the provision of daily assistance to government personnel for system maintenance.

Vendors will also be required to implement technologies to enhance internal communications, automate internal processes, and increase productivity and efficiency.
