The institution seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) system to replace several outdated platforms and unify the management of safety, compliance, and research oversight functions. The new solution should integrate seamlessly with existing systems such as identity management, space allocation, learning management, research compliance, Workday, and other enterprise data platforms.

The project requires end-to-end implementation of all contracted EH&S modules, with responsibilities including configuration of forms, workflows, permissions, dashboards, and notifications. Additionally, the vendor must support integrations and ensure API stability, deliver robust data migration services—complete with migration scripts and tools—and develop custom integrations with enterprise systems. These may encompass single sign-on (SSO), multiple factor authentication (MFA), HR and directory data, building and room space data, learning and training systems, research compliance solutions, as well as data warehouse and reporting endpoints.
