(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental consulting services for planning related development projects on an as–needed basis to the government authority located in Huntington Beach, CA.– Prepare technical studies (e.g. – traffic, air quality, noise, cultural resources, biological resources, energy, and greenhouse gas emissions).– Provide peer review of CEQA documents prepared by project applicants.– Review documents from neighboring jurisdictions/agencies.– Required consultations.– Conduct scoping meetings.– Attend public meetings and hearings.(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 26, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
