The government authority in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking qualified vendors to provide environmental consulting services for planning-related development projects on an as-needed basis. The scope of services includes preparation of technical studies such as traffic, air quality, noise, cultural and biological resources, energy, and greenhouse gas emissions assessments.

In addition to authoring these studies, the consultant will provide peer reviews of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documents prepared by project applicants, as well as review documents from neighboring jurisdictions and agencies. The selected vendor will also be responsible for conducting required consultations, organizing and participating in scoping meetings, and attending public meetings and hearings as needed throughout the project.

The contract for these services will be for a one-year term.
