(1) Vendor needs to provide entrepreneur and business expansion support services.– Vendor to develop and implement a program to attract and support new entrepreneurial ventures and current entrepreneurial/business expansion• Program elements sought from proposing vendors– Acting as an entry point for requests and needs of the entrepreneurship community– Screening and directing entrepreneurs to the proper assistance– Offering mentorship, connection, and education to entrepreneurs– Assessing incoming entrepreneurs and directing them to a contact that addresses their needs– Collaboration corner events with industry leaders on targeted subject matter– Hosting partner events with organizations– Pitch contests for startups– Other small–scale events– Conducting outreach to experienced mentors and entrepreneurs at all stages– Organizing mentorship sessions– Tracking and reporting on mentorship and business outcomes from pairings– Development and implementation of annual communications strategy/plan to attract and engage entrepreneurs and investors– Cataloging entrepreneurship resources currently available and if/how referred– Documenting activities related to the scope of work, including number of events, referrals, intakes, mentor sessions, etc. Proposers should describe their recommended reporting approach– Establishing and implementing success measurement metrics(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 9, 2025(3) The contract period will be for one year.
