A Colorado agency is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive stage, sound, and lighting production services for entertainment events scheduled during its Fair on August 7, 2026. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering complete live production support, including staging, video, audio, and lighting, in accordance with the contracted artists' production riders and, if required, the requested backline.

Equipment and requirements include a 40 x 40 hydraulic stage with a minimum height of 5 feet, a roof system, two sets of stairs with lighting, railings, and skirting. Audio needs encompass a 24-box digital line array professional audio system with subwoofers and generator power, as well as a console package meeting or exceeding the artist’s specifications. The lighting system must include all necessary fixtures, upstage and downstage lighting as per rider specifications, and follow spots operated by two personnel. Additional elements include a monitor system for support acts, upstage trussing capable of bearing a center load of 2,500 lbs. for video screens, and appropriate mix positions. Covered decking on stage left and right, sound wings, and riser platforms for lighting consoles are also required.

All vendor inquiries must be submitted by January 6, 2026. The awarded contract will cover a one-year period.
