(1) Vendor needs to provide entertainment stage, sound and lighting production service.– Agency is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified individuals or companies to provide staging, video, sound and lighting for the Entertainment events to be held at the agency Fair August 7, 2026.– Live production should be in accordance with the contracted artist production riders and if required, requested backline.• Equipment and supplies:– 40 x 40 hydraulic stage, at least 5’ high, and roof system; include 2 sets of stairs with lighting, rails and skirting– 24 box digital line array professional audio system including subs and generator power to run system– Console package to meet or exceed artist’s rider specifications– Lighting system including all fixtures, upstage and downstage to meet rider specifications including follow spots with 2 operators– Monitor system to accommodate support acts– Upstage trussing must have capability of bearing center load capacity of 2,500 lbs. for video screen– Mix Position–85’ from the downstage edge and Mix Position size– 24’ wide x 20’ deep– Covered 20’ wide x 16’ deep decking on stage left and stage right to accommodate monitor works and guitar world– 24’ wide x 8’ deep sound wings should not be connected to the main stage– Two (2) 8’x8’x2’ risers at Mix Positions for lighting console (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 6, 2026.
