(1) Vendor needs to provide entertainment promotion and production services for securing talent, managing production, marketing, financial administration, and post–event reconciliation in coordination with the University. Vendor shall be responsible for creation, design, and execution of all promotional and marketing materials. Vendor must describe marketing channels, timelines, and audience targeting strategies. Address approach and process. Providing examples of prior promotional campaigns to highlight successful rollouts. This could include showcase of dynamic media work. Detailed work such as video reels, mixedmedia, printed material, etc. Production and Venue Management: Vendor shall Handle all aspects of show production, including staging, sound, lighting, and technical riders. Contract venues for shows. Coordinate and provide security services, compliant with University and local requirements. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 27, 2026.
