New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive entertainment production services for its 2026 special events calendar. The selected vendor will be responsible for managing all aspects of production, including logistics, equipment provisions, and artist bookings.

Proposals must account for all related expenses within the total cost, such as air and ground transportation, backline and sound equipment, the services of a sound engineer, and other out-of-pocket costs. Separate billing of these expenses will not be permitted. Additionally, a hot dinner must be provided for performers and the audio technician at each event.

Respondents are required to submit a catalog or list of available artists for booking. Proposals should be creative and innovative, featuring performers of high artistic quality from diverse genres, with strong name recognition in the region.
