Vendor needs to provide entertainment production service for 2026 special events calendar. Proposal costs must include all related expenses, i.e., air and ground transportation, back–line equipment, sound equipment, sound engineer, out of pocket costs, etc. These costs are inclusive of the proposed rate and may not be billed separately. Provide a hot dinner for performers and audio technician. Respondents should provide a catalog or list of artists available for bookings. Proposal should be innovative, creative and include performers of high artistic quality, from a variety of genres and with name recognition in the region.
