(1) Vendor needs to provide entertainment production service for special events calendar.– It is the responsibility of the vendor to provide a hot dinner for performers and audio technician.– Providing comprehensive services to include securing artists, sound system, sound engineers, LED video boards and a stage when requested.– Provide a video link to sample performances by each artist recommended for the summer music series.– Provide a catalog or list of artists available for bookings.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
