The City of New Brunswick is seeking a qualified vendor to provide entertainment booking services for its summer concert series and associated events held at Officers' Square stage. The selected vendor will be responsible for sourcing and booking local artists and bands, managing all aspects of artist engagement including contract negotiations, fulfillment of rider requirements, and coordination with sound technicians as well as municipal staff.

Each concert will feature a single 90-minute performance scheduled from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM, totaling 37 concerts throughout the series. The vendor is expected to curate a diverse lineup that includes various musical genres. There is a particular emphasis on prioritizing performers from Francophone, Indigenous, and other underrepresented communities in order to support and enhance the local music scene.

The engagement will span a five-year contract period. Vendors are required to submit any questions regarding the opportunity by January 29, 2026.
