Vendor needs to provide entertainment booking services. Seeking a supplier to source and book artists for the city summer concert series and day events at the officers' square stage. Manage all aspects of artist booking, including contracts, rider requirements, and coordination with sound technicians and local government staff. Each concert consists of one 90–minute set, from 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM. Include a variety of musical genres and prioritize representation from Francophone, Indigenous, and other underrepresented communities. Booked artists are local bands or artists, contributing to the development and visibility of music scene. 37 concerts are to be scheduled. All questions must be submitted no later than January 29, 2026. The contract period will be for five years.
