(1) Vendor needs to provide entertainment and stage production services. – Support homecoming and spring concerts, speaker series, convocation, commencement ceremonies, new student orientation and other agency special events both indoor and outdoor. – Deliver safe, compliant, student–centered events with high production value. – Provide end–to–end services: talent support, technical design, equipment, staffing, rehearsals, show execution, and post–event closeout. – Standardize production levels and workflows for consistent quality and predictable pricing across recurring events. – Pre–event planning & project management. – Provide a qualified team scaled to event size. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Non–mandatory site visit will be held on February 24, 2026.
