The State of Delaware is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive entertainment and stage production services for a variety of campus events and special occasions. The scope encompasses support for homecoming and spring concerts, speaker series, convocation and commencement ceremonies, new student orientation, and other agency-hosted events. Services are needed for both indoor and outdoor settings, with an emphasis on delivering safe, compliant, and student-centered events characterized by high production value.

The selected vendor will be responsible for providing end-to-end production services, including talent support, technical design, equipment provision, staffing, rehearsals, event execution, and post-event closeout activities. Ensuring standardized production levels and workflows is critical to maintain consistent quality and predictable pricing across recurring events. Pre-event planning, project management, and assembling a qualified team scaled to the specific needs and size of each event are essential components of this contract.

The contract will span a three-year period. A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for February 24, 2026, with a deadline for submitting questions set for February 27, 2026.
