A New Jersey agency is seeking consulting services from an entertainment agency to oversee the procurement and management of musical acts for public concerts and events. The selected agency will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of entertainment delivery, including handling entertainment riders, sound and lighting production, and optionally managing ticketing, marketing, and promotional activities.

The scope of work encompasses organizing live entertainment concerts and events, with up to eight public and family-friendly concerts of varied sizes and musical genres, featuring as many as sixteen musical acts.
