(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise–wide generic low–code application platform.– Enterprise–wide generic low–code application platform to replace current fragmented legacy applications, manual workflows, and siloed business data infrastructure with an integrated platform for total process automation and live data.– SaaS hosted environment reachable from the Internet for non–logged in users to support bi–directional interaction.– Ability to support external data–sources and have APIs for interaction with other systems.– Ability to support group–based routing and fulfillment, avoiding specific individual assignment whenever possible.– Ability to support drafts during workflow activity.– Allowability of ad–hoc user–level workflow modifications during execution.– Ability to support robotic process automation from manual, internal, and external triggers.– Disconnected platforms able to be supported without requiring direct vendor interaction. Patches and updates able to be provided by the vendor to be installed for disconnected operations.– Workflows, data models, and IT architecture documented using industry standard design patterns such as swim lanes, flow charts, entity interaction diagrams, and data model schemas.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
