An organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an enterprise-wide, generic low-code application platform under a five-year contract. The goal is to replace current fragmented legacy applications, manual workflows, and siloed business data infrastructure with a modern, integrated solution to enable total process automation and real-time data accessibility across the enterprise.
The desired platform should be SaaS-hosted, accessible from the Internet including for non-logged in users, and support bi-directional interactions. Key requirements include the ability to integrate with external data sources via APIs, group-based routing and fulfillment, support for in-progress drafts, and ad-hoc workflow modifications at the user level. Additionally, the solution should cater to robotic process automation triggered both internally and externally, and should accommodate disconnected operations with vendor-provided patches and updates installable locally. The proposal must include documentation of workflows, data models, and IT architecture using industry-standard design patterns such as swim lanes, flow charts, entity interaction diagrams, and data model schemas.
