– Vendor needs to provide enterprise veterinary imaging and workflow platform. – Enterprise veterinary imaging and workflow platform is fully deployed, validated, and operational in alignment with the launch of the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program.– A four–year roadmap for support, training, and capability expansion aligned with CVM’s program growth trajectory.– The platform may be delivered as hosted, on–premises, or hybrid, and must support clinical, educational, and research use across all relevant veterinary imaging modalities.– Enterprise veterinary imaging and workflow platform (PACS with vendor–neutral archiving, zero–footprint viewer, DICOM modality worklist, reporting, and open APIs).– Providing annual workflow and configuration reviews with CVM IT leadership.– Collaborating on system scaling, feature enhancements, and interoperability initiatives.– Solution shall be compatible with one of the following currently supported database technologies: Oracle or MS SQL.– Provide tools and APIs for advanced image processing; allow integration with third–party AI and analytics where appropriate.– Provide role–based worklists for clinicians, radiologists, and techs; enable real–time image retrieval and sharing.– Enable case–based learning so students can review real–world imaging datasets under controlled access.– Guarantee CVM data ownership and provide no fee (beyond pass–through storage) bulk export of images, reports, and metadata.– Provide Instinct Vet–driven MWL so orders and identifiers populate modalities.– Comprehensive documentation of configurations, integrations, and validation steps.– Solution shall utilize currently supported versions of application frameworks (Java, PHP, etc.)– Provide technical documentation regarding configuration and installation including backup and maintenance scripts for proposed solution.
