The government authority located in Valhalla, New York is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive, standardized, and scalable enterprise technical and Epic implementation support services. The selected provider will deliver technical services spanning incident, problem, and release management, application performance monitoring, configuration and lifecycle management, enhancement intake and prioritization, and minor development and configuration changes.

Responsibilities will include testing and deployment coordination, centralized ticket intake, clinical and technical troubleshooting, escalation management, device provisioning and lifecycle management, and remote support services. Vendors are expected to support server, storage, and database operations, network operations and monitoring, as well as disaster recovery and security monitoring coordination. Compliance support and integration with ServiceNow, SailPoint, Logic Monitor, and similar ITSM tools are required, alongside monitoring services, contact centre integration, privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance and administration (IGA).
