(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise subscription service– The vendor shall provide MHBE the following Eleven Labs services for a 12–month starting February 1, 2026, through January 31, 2027:– Subscription to Eleven Labs Tier A solution– As part of this Tier A subscription, agency shall have access to the following ElevenLabs’ products:– Text–to–Speech– Speech–to–Speech– Speech–to–Text– Instant Voice Cloning– Professional Voice Cloning– Voice Library– Voice Design– Agents– Web Application and API (2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 8, 2026.
